The Banquet is to be held on Sunday, November 12, 2023
The Buffet Meal will cost $60 per person
The menu will consist of the following:
Buffet style meal will include a choice of Summer Greens or Caesar Salad, and entrées of Pork Loin, Lasagna, and Penne Primavera with Potatoes and a Vegetable Medley and Rolls, Butter, Coffee & Water. Dessert will consist of our delicious Birthday Cake. (Vegan Meal Penne Primavera).
After dedication at Mt. Soledad, we will travel to Camp Horno for lunch at the 1st Marines chow hall. After lunch we will conduct a plaque dedication at the 1st Marines Memorial Garden. The plaque dedication honors the 2/1 Marines and attached personnel (Two women Marines and an Army staff sergeant) who were KIA by terrorists at the Kabul airport during a humanitarian evacuation mission.
